DEPARTMENT
Organization & Departments

General Affairs Department
The General Affairs Department handles a wide range of work, including general administrative affairs, finance and accounting, and human resources and labor management, serving as a core department that supports the management of the company. We work to create an environment in which every employee can work with peace of mind, and to build the organizational foundation that supports the smooth running of the company. We take a consistently positive approach to solving problems and aim to be a reliable partner that people both inside and outside the company can trust and think of first when they say, “Let’s ask General Affairs.”

Quality Management Section
[Quality Management Unit]
This unit is responsible for quality control of finished products and analysis of the causes of nonconformities; when a problem occurs, it identifies the cause and implements corrective measures. It aims to continuously improve the quality of our products and services and to ensure reliability and safety.
[Inspection Unit]
This unit is on the front line of protecting product quality. It carries out visual inspection, appearance inspection, performance testing, and dimensional inspection, verifying that products meet our quality standards. By checking product quality and detecting and addressing problems early, it aims to provide customers with peace of mind and satisfaction.

Manufacturing Department — Manufacturing Section, Impeller Group
The Impeller Group is a specialized team that shapes the “impeller”—the component that determines a blower's performance—from a single steel plate through processes such as cutting, bending, and welding. The impeller is a critical component, sometimes called the heart of the blower. We take pride in making it, and we approach our work every day with solid skills and passion.

Manufacturing Department — Manufacturing Section, Machining Group
The Machining Group is responsible for the high-precision machining of key components essential to blowers, including shafts, impellers, bearing housings, and base plates. It achieves machining that requires precision of 1/100 mm through a range of machine tools and skilled craftsmanship, underpinning the reliability of our products. Building on these skills, and through advanced technology and continuous improvement activities, the group takes responsibility for quality, delivery, and cost alike, constantly pursuing "higher quality and greater efficiency," and serves as the front line of manufacturing as a dependable last line of defense.

Manufacturing Department — Procurement Section, Purchasing & Outsourcing Group / Metal Fabrication Group
[Purchasing & Outsourcing Group]
This group serves as the “coordinator” that supports the foundation of manufacturing. Working behind the scenes of blower production, it ensures a stable supply of high-quality materials and parts. Through close collaboration with suppliers, it responds calmly and quickly to unexpected situations, minimizing the impact on the production line and reinforcing the foundation of our manufacturing.
[Metal Fabrication Group]
This group plays a key role in building the framework of the blower and serves as the "starting point" of manufacturing. Based on drawings, it cuts, bends, and welds materials such as steel plate to create a precise, robust foundation for the product. By carefully crafting each product, it plays a vital role in supporting the performance and durability of our blowers at their core.

Manufacturing Department — Manufacturing Section, Painting Group
The Painting Group is responsible for the appearance and durability of our blowers, and its members are finishing professionals who further enhance the value of our products. We believe that beauty in appearance also builds trust in quality, and we put our heart into every spray.

Manufacturing Department — Manufacturing Section, Assembly Group
If you've ever wondered, “What will happen to this part?”—that's where we come in at the very end! It feels like assembling a giant robot. That's right: the Assembly Group is a team of specialists who fit every part together perfectly, ultimately turning them into a “working blower”!

Manufacturing Department — Manufacturing Section, Production Coordination Group
The Production Coordination Group plays an indispensable role in bridging information and materials between the various groups in order to make effective use of limited space, with the aim of helping the organization function smoothly.

Manufacturing Department — Warehouse & Logistics Section, Logistics Group
We are “a team of logistics professionals able to meet any request from our customers.” Whether in Japan or overseas, we work together with our partner shipping and packing companies to arrange transportation that meets each customer's needs, delivering products safely and reliably, giving our customers peace of mind.

First Business Division — Design Section
Building on our long-standing practice of proposing blowers that match customer needs, this section handles design and, at times, attends test runs as well. Most of a product's cost is determined by the drawings the design team issues, so this is a department that must always be mindful of cost reduction and new ideas.

First Business Division — Sales Section
The First Business Division's Sales Section serves as the bridge between customers and our design and manufacturing departments. Teamwork is essential in this department, which handles quotations, delivery schedules, price negotiations, and follow-up after orders are received.

Second Business Division
The Second Business Division possesses a variety of proprietary technologies and specializes in designing and developing next-generation products. In particular, it focuses on product development that contributes to realizing a decarbonized society, actively offering environmentally friendly, high-value-added products.
