Auxiliary Blowers for Diesel Engines
These blowers supply air to the cylinders of a ship's two-stroke diesel engine during low-speed operation, mainly when entering or leaving port. In recent years, low-speed operation has become the norm as a fuel-saving measure, and auxiliary blowers are required to offer high durability for 24-hour operation, along with a prompt maintenance support structure. As the leading domestic manufacturer of auxiliary blowers, we are proud to have supplied our products to every diesel engine manufacturer in Japan.

Blowers for Inert Gas Systems
These blowers deliver non-flammable inert gas into the tanks of a tanker, lowering the oxygen concentration to prevent ignition. Because the impeller rotates at a high speed of 3,600 rpm, advanced manufacturing technology is required, as even the slightest imbalance cannot be tolerated. By adopting a mechanism designed for easy maintenance, we achieve excellent durability. As Japan's sole supplier, we support the safe operation of tankers around the world.

These blowers deliver a large volume of combustion air to the boiler of a steam turbine engine. As equipment that supports a ship's power source, they require extremely high reliability. Combustion Air Fans
These blowers reliably deliver the air required by combustion burners. We offer optimal designs tailored to each customer's specifications, ranging from low-flow, high-pressure models with thin, difficult-to-manufacture impellers to high-flow, low-pressure models with large-diameter impellers. We have extensive manufacturing experience with motor capacities ranging from 15 kW to over 720 kW, with deliveries mainly to the steel and environmental industries. We have also received high praise from customers experiencing problems with low-frequency noise and surging.

Induced-Draft Fans
These blowers draw exhaust gas from combustion chambers and boilers and direct it to the smokestack. We offer optimal designs ranging from low flow and high pressure to high flow and low pressure, with manufacturing experience spanning motor capacities from 15 kW or less to more than 720 kW. In recent years, demand has mainly been for high-pressure, large units, and we deliver primarily to the steel and environmental industries.
