Next-Gen Products
Next-Generation Product Lineup
The Second Business Division of Osaka Blower is advancing the development of products for the next-generation energy field in collaboration with Cap Co., Ltd.
By combining Cap's system concept and basic design technologies, and high-temperature ceramics technology with our blower design and high-speed rotation technologies, we have achieved a high-temperature, high-efficiency blower system.
The two companies are advancing product development and market deployment that contribute to realizing a decarbonized society, centered on high-temperature Ceramics Fan and blowers for SOFC and SOEC applications. For inquiries, please contact Cap Co., Ltd.

Compact High-Speed Blower
Spec: 100,000 min⁻¹, heat resistance of 900°C
A compact blower that combines ultra-high-speed rotation with high-temperature capability. It supports gas recirculation applications for solid oxide fuel cells (SOFC) and solid oxide electrolysis cells (SOEC), contributing to the realization of highly efficient energy systems. High-efficiency impeller design and high-speed rotation technology enable both downsizing and energy savings.

Hot-Air Control Valve
Spec: Heat resistance of 1,300°C
A hot-air control valve capable of controlling ultra-high-temperature gas with almost no heat loss. Its perfectly gas-tight structure achieves high airtightness, enabling stable flow control of high-temperature gas.

Ceramics Fan
Spec: Heat resistance of 1,100°C
A high-temperature Ceramics Fan capable of moving hot gas exceeding 1,000°C. It supports applications such as floating, hot-air circulation, and in-furnace stirring, contributing to improved efficiency and energy savings in high-temperature processes. Its newly developed motor-integrated structure greatly improves installation flexibility compared with conventional units. It can be installed in a variety of orientations, including vertically and horizontally, making it easy to incorporate into equipment.
