Q1：
What led you to join the company?
I first learned about Osaka Blower through an online job search site. I was drawn to the company's comprehensive employee benefits. My previous job was in real estate, and I had been active in sports as a student, so I had no experience in manufacturing. Even so, through the interview and workplace tour, I found the atmosphere among the people working there positive and felt that I wanted to gain new knowledge and skills at Osaka Blower. That's what led me to decide to join the company.
Q2：
Was there any gap between your expectations and reality after joining?
Since I had no experience in manufacturing, I was anxious before joining about whether I could keep up with the work. The field was also very different from my previous job, so I felt confused at first. However, once I started working, the people around me took the time to teach me carefully, and it was an environment where I could easily ask questions about anything I didn't understand. The anxiety I had before joining gradually eased through my day-to-day work. Relationships with the people around me are good too, and personally, I find it a very comfortable place to work.
Q3：
What do you find rewarding about your work?
I currently work in product inspection as part of the Inspection Unit in the Quality Management Section. I make sure to carry out each inspection reliably so that every product is shipped in a condition in which it can be used correctly and with confidence. What I find rewarding is completing an inspection without any mistakes. Through my daily work, I gain more knowledge about our products, and being able to feel my own growth is another aspect of the job that I find interesting.

Do you have a message for job seekers?
I feel that Osaka Blower offers comprehensive employee benefits and is a workplace where you can work with peace of mind. It's also easy to balance work with your personal life here, and the comfortable work environment is another thing I find appealing. There are also opportunities to grow through things like obtaining qualifications, and I think it's a company where even those with no prior experience can take on challenges with a positive attitude.
